Wildlife is abundant. Dolphins, seals and ospreys are frequently seen in the Moray Firth and red squirrels, deer, hares and wild cats can be seen along the many forest walks.
We also have a bird hide next to our site. Findhorn Bay offers superb bird watching opportunities throughout the year, including the spectacular migratory Osprey from March to September each year. In the autumn, winter and spring, thousands of Pink-Footed Geese, on their way to and from their breeding grounds in Spitsbergen, Iceland and Greenland, and also Greylag Geese from Iceland, roost and feed on Findhorn Bay.
